Nick Konzel
Founder/Chief Architect
Nick is the Chief Architect and Founder of Distributed Network Software. He has a Bachelor degree in Information Systems and twenty years of executive management experience in manufacturing, distribution, and service industries. His concentration is in Operations Analytics, ERP evaluation, planning, implementation and training. As a retired Master Sergeant in the US Army, Nick understands the drive, discipline, and teamwork required to build a successful business that is able to provide exceptional products and services to clients. Nick embeds these values within the team at DNS and provides the knowledge, tools, and resources that pave the path for the continuous growth of the business. When he isn't working with clients to solve simple, complex, and ever changing technology issues, he enjoys reading Early American history, crafting stain glass and boating & fishing on Lake Erie.
Chris Groh
Senior Software Developer
Chris graduated from Gannon University, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Software Engineering and a minor in Mathematics. His passion for software programming began at an early age, and his drive and commitment to the industry eventually turned into a career in software development at DNS. Chris has been noted as one of the driving forces behind DNS's success and has achieved certifications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Customization and Configuration. His level of expertise allows him to provide personalizations to the CRM and ERP solutions offered to meet our clients' specific business needs. Besides his passion for computer programming, Chris has a love for food, creating and consuming, being outdoors, and catching up on the SciFi series, Dr. Who.

Business Development Manager
Rick has been working in sales for over 20 years and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. He is DNS's expert on all grounds of what DNS is, the products and services we provide, and the values and strategies instilled within the company. Rick creates and manages DNS's client relations, provides ongoing knowledge and support, and is the point of contact for multiple accounts. In his spare time he likes listening to music, improving his golf game, and enjoying the company of family and friends.
Michele Brennan
Accounting,Operations Consultant
Michele graduated from Penn State Behrend with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a minor in Business Management. Throughout her time at DNS she has become the Dynamics GP expert and has achieved certifications in GP Financials and Managing Microsoft Dynamics Implementations. When she's not managing accounts in GP and offering assistance to clients, Michele enjoys shopping, being outdoors, and taking advantage of the beautiful beaches Lake Erie has to offer.
Wendy Montgomery
Office and Account Manager
Wendy is the force that allows DNS to run as efficiently as it does. When she is not managing the day-to-day activities of DNS, and providing clients with the exceptional customer service she is known for, she is monitoring partner memberships, updating product information, and assisting any Time Warner Cable inquiries that come to surface. In her free time Wendy enjoys reading, listening to music, and building up her gaming skills.
